The Medical Student Council of Victoria (MSCV) is proud to announce that applications are now open for the position of Chair of Council in 2014. MSCV is the peak representative body for Victorian medical students and is at the forefront of the big issues facing our students.

The Chair of MSCV is the most senior medical student advocacy position in Victoria and is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engaged student leaders, represent Victorian medical students, run state-level advocacy campaigns and oversee major student-run events. The role requires a significant personal time commitment.  Students from all four Victorian Medical Schools are eligible to apply.

Please click here for a position description and full application process requirements. Note that vision statements for Chair are to be no more than three hundred words long.

Applications are now open and must be emailed to your MedSoc President* by midnight on Wednesday, 25 September. Applicants must be available to attend the Council meeting on the evening of the 30 September in Melbourne.

Potential applicants for both positions are strongly encouraged to contact the current Chair, Enis Kocak.
