The AMA Doctors in Training subdivision have announced four Community Grants, each worth up to $1000, to support local health projects.

The applicant must be a current AMA Victoria member (membership is free for medical students!) who individually/as part of a group run a community project with either one or both of the following aims:

  • Addressing the needs of communities experiencing social or economic disadvantage and/or,
  • healthy eating and the promotion of community awareness surrounding good nutrition.

Applications close at 5pm on Friday 30 May.
