Mid April – AMSA Internship guide released (TBC)

Mid April – Monash Z-Score Release (in 2016)

29th April – Medical Careers Expo Melbourne – Exhibition Centre

1st May – Match opens for: Registration, referee nomination, submission forms, candidate priority list (CPL)

Early May – Melbourne Z-score Release (5/5 in 2016)

2nd June – National Closing Date for Intern Applications; Match closes for; Registration, referee nomination, CV upload)

5th June – Match Opens for Health Services to Assess candidate list + referee reports

5th – 28th June – Hospital selection process (Interview conducted during this time)

28th June – Last day to withdraw from match, Delete/reorder preferences

29th June – 3rd July – Hospital / Health servies Nomination list submission

4th July – 7th July – Compute Match takes Place (PMCV)

10th July 10am – NATIONAL ROUND 1 OFFERS – P1 GROUP

10th July – 24th July – Unmatched Priority Group 1 process
– If you do not get a round 1 offer that is okay, that doesn’t mean Victoria has run out of places rather a match was not made on the basis of your specific hospital preference list.

14th August 10am – ROUND 2 OFFERS – P2 GROUP

POST 14th August – Round 3 offer process. Will be handled individually by each hospital with unfilled spots post P2 process
